Great Southern Bank
Smith-Goth Engineers has been involved in the design of numerous facilities for Great Southern Bank from their Operations Building to branch locations and stand-alone ATM’s. In 2004, a 61,000 square-foot grocery store was converted into a 1-story office building that serves as Great Southern Bank’s Operations Building. The facility includes office spaces, kitchen, break-room, walk-up banking and a data processing center. The building is fully sprinkled with emergency generator to operate essential operations. New HVAC was added to supplement existing equipment due to the increased number of occupants. Air distribution through most of the space is via fabric ducts.
In addition to the Operations Building, Smith-Goth Engineers has designed MEP systems for more than 20 branch bank and ATM locations in and around Springfield, MO.
