Smith-Goth Engineers has performed MEP design on over 2,000 O’Reilly Auto Parts Stores all over the U.S.  Whether the project calls for a new building or modifications to an existing building, we’ve encountered just about every possible scenario.  While these buildings are intended to be prototypical, conforming to the code requirements enforced in each locale can prove to be very challenging.  These requirements differ widely from state to state and, as a result, our design team stays current on all applicable building and energy codes.  In addition, our team works closely with local utility providers to coordinate the necessary utility services to each building.
